Everyone
wants to feel secure and appreciated by others. We also need
to feel good about ourselves. When we lack self-esteem, it
is sometimes hard just to get up in the morning.
There
may be lots of reasons for feeling unworthy. But the good
news is that by changing our thinking we can have higher self-esteem
-- which in turn can lead to more self-confidence and control
of our life.
Remember
the title, The Subject is Me. These lessons can help
you think more clearly in areas that lead to higher self-esteem.
You
can start with Lesson 1 or continue on to Lesson 2. The "index"
link at the top of each page will let you explore the different
topics in each lesson or review them as needed.
Notice

As you go through the lessons, the pictures in the mirror
